Caleb's Custom
Smokers
He builds a really nice smoker. Tell him what you want and he'll build it
to your specs!
At Caleb’s Customs we design and build custom reverse flow smokers and BBQ’s.
After attending a BBQ class and learning how to smoke meats I went shopping at
the local stores to find a good smoker. I couldn’t find anything I liked without
breaking the bank or buying a flimsy piece of junk. Being a welder by trade and
having an aptitude for building I decided to design and build my own bigger and
heavier smoker. My smokers are constantly evolving designs. We can build a
smoker to your specifications or you can adapt one of our base models to your
needs. Custom sizes, styles and options are available. Have a look through our
gallery to see some of our past projects. For more information on our smokers

Angus Meat Market
Bill Sommerfeldt had a dream. His
dream was to, some day, have his own meat market. So after working in someone
else's butcher shoes all his life, he rented a vacant building on the corner of
county
road C and highway 61. Angus Meat Market was born. At 60 years of age, Bill worked as a one man shop for
the first year. Two years later Bill had two full time and two part time
employees. One of those part time helpers was Bill's 10 year old grandson Rick.
Rick's father, Len, kept the books for his father-in-law, as he was accountant
by trade. Angus Meat Market continued to grow when in 1969 Bill moved his shop
to a new building just one block north, to its current location by 1973, father
& son, Len & Rick Atzmiller joined Bill as full timers in the family business. Len and Rick took the reigns when Bill retired in
1975. Since his fathers retirement in 1989, Rick has run the business just as
his Grandfather would. With his sons Nick and Eric, and long time employees Tim
& Shawn, Angus Meat Market is still an old fashioned meat market. Rick and his
crew give personalized service and great products every day.
Four generations strong,
Angus Meat Market looks forward to serving you!

Yes, it's my Brother (Ernest Emig and his friend Rance Merriman). I taught
them how to BBQ and they started their own BBQ business using my name and
reputation. I was happy to do it for them.
