
3 racks of Beef Short Ribs.
About 17 lbs.

Rubbed them down with my rub Put them in an aluminum pan.
Added one beer.

Smoked them at 250. They have been on about 4 hours.
I cover them with foil for about an hour.
They are done when the bones start pulling back from the meat about 3/4-1
inch. They are big bones.

Ya think there done? Slide the bones right out.
Tender and juicy.

I love Beef!!!!!!
I had SO much, I froze 2 of the slabs.
Re-Heat those ribs!!!!


I did pour a little beer in the pan and covered them with foil.
These are going in the oven at 300 for about 45 minutes.
