
Buy one of those Beer Can Chicken Holders, or, you can just sit that
Chicken on the can and place it so it holds itself up. I do use the
store bought holder, but you do not have to.
Pour out about 1/3 of the Beer into the aluminum pan.

Season your Chicken BEFORE you place it on the Beer can.
Pour Olive Oil on your Chicken. This will help moisten it and help
keep your rub on it. I used my Northwoods Pepper Blend rub.
Any rub you like will work. Coat it pretty heavy!!!!
Sit the Chicken over the Beer can.

I smoked her at 250 degrees until it had an internal temp of 160.
Take the temp in the breast.
You can also check for doneness by pulling a leg away from the body and if
the juices run clear, she is done!!!!
Very moist Chicken every time!!!!!!
