Center Cut Beef Back Ribs
Center Cut Beef Back Ribs. Not much meat on them, but they are good!!!!
Get the smoker ready at about 225-250 degrees.
Rinsed off and ready for rub.
Sprayed them down with 50/50 mixture of Jack Daniels and Apple Juice.
This helps hold on the rub. If you don't have that mixture, just do not
dry them off after rinsing. The water will hold the rub as well.
I laid these right on the grates. They have been on about 2 hours.
I sprayed them down again with the Jack mixture.
They have been on about 3 hours and I am going to spray them down again.
Lay them on the foil and spray them REALLY good or just add a little water.
They are done when the bones pull back this much, but I am going to foil them to
make them really tender.
