Although food prices have risen drastically in the last 6
years, I have not raised the price on my BBQ Classes.
Just trying to
give people a bargain in this tough economy!
Private BBQ Classes Are Available
Saturday Classes (9-5) You will learn how to buy, prepare and smoke the following meats:
Pork Butts
(for pulled pork)
Brisket
(Full Packers)
Baby Back Ribs
(more than you can eat)
Spare Ribs
(you can take these home because you are too full
already)
Chickens
(whole and thighs)
Salmon
Smoked Baked Beans
ABT's
(you gotta try these)
Pig Candy!!!!!
(and these, too)
We will show you the techniques for using the following smokers From Set and Forget to "StickBurners!"
Lang 84 Deluxe
Brinkmann PitMaster
Weber Grill
Big Green Egg
Brinkman Water Smoker
Custom Reverse Flow
Custom Cheese Smoker
You will learn all about:
Fire Management
Rubs and Spices
Brining Meats
Smoking Woods
Marinades
Injections
You will learn how to Smoke meats Hot and Fast (6
hours) or Low and Slow (12 hours)
We supply everything!!! Bring an appetite!!!
Classes start at 9: a.m. and end between 3-4 p.m. Fire Management at 9:00 a.m. Sharp!!!!
Rain, or shine, sleet or hail, snow or wind.
If the weather doesn't cooperate, we will be inside where it's warm in the
Winter and cool in the Summer. Dress appropriately for the outside weather
of the day.
We smoke in ANY kind of weather. (hey, ya gotta eat)

9:00 a.m. Starting fires in smokers. (Fire Management)
Do NOT be late for this!!!!!
9:30 a.m. Meat preparation.
10:00 a.m. Butts, Brisket, Chicken and Ribs go on smoker.
12:00 noon Lunch (Pulled Pork/Brisket/Chicken/Smoked
Beans/Cole Slaw/Chips) We Will Supply Water.
1:00 p.m. Making Rubs.
2:00 p.m. Salmon, Pig Candy and ABT’s go on smoker.
3:00 p.m. Everything starts coming off
smokers.
Pulling Pork/Slicing Briskets/cutting Chicken.
A taste of everything.
Take home any leftovers!!
