Cornish Game Hens and a Lang getting ready to party!!!!!

Oh No, Not The Oil Treatment!!!
Rubbed them down with Olive Oil, sliced up an Apple and stuffed them full.  I put Steve's NEW rub on one and my NorthWoods Pepper Blend rub on the other one.  Put them in an aluminum pan and added 1 Beer.  Put them on the smoker.  It was running at about 250-275.  I put them nearest the firebox end of the smoker.  The higher temp will crisp the skin.


I took them off at an internal temp of 160. 

     Crispy Skin?  Oh Yeh!!!!!!!
Pretty darn good little chickens!!!!
