The Moink Ball Express is a comin' to town!!!!

Pre-cooked Meat Balls and Bacon.  Now that has got to be good!!!
 


Wrap the Meat Balls with the Bacon and secure with a tooth pick.


Sprinkle with your favorite rub.


Smoke them at about 250-300.  They are done when the Bacon gets Crispy.  The Meat Balls are already cooked.


Everyone liked them.  I would maybe change the Rub I used the next time.  They were very good, but not as good as ABT's in my opinion.
