Thick bacon, thicker the better!!!!!coated with Dark Brown Sugar on both sides.


Put them in an aluminum pan.


Smoke them at 225-250 for 30-45 minutes.  You can see when the bacon gets done.
Keep your eye on them!!!  That sugar will burn really easily



You will want to keep some of these in a plastic bag in your back pocket ALL the time!!!!!
