 Your favorite Baked Beans.  Thick sliced Bacon. The thicker, the better!!!!  50/50 mixture of Maple Syrup and Jack Daniels.  Pour it all over the Beans and Bacon.  This went on the smoker beside the Salmon I was finishing. Smoker was at 250.  Keep your eye on that Bacon.  The sugar in that Maple Syrup will burn if you do not keep an eye on it.  Done!!!!! It's almost like Pig Candy, but you get the Beans, too. |
