Smoked Shrimp

I use the largest frozen Shrimp (tail on) I can get.  You do not have to thaw them.  But they will obviously take a while longer to smoke if the are frozen.


I add a whole stick of Butter cut up and spread around the pan.  I cover them with my favorite rub and add just a little beer to the pan.


Smoke them at 225-250 until they start to turn a little brown around the edges.  Don't overcook them!!!!!
